Gorman Suit

From the AP:

"The estate of the late Navajo artist R.C. Gorman has filed a lawsuit against two Albuquerque art galleries. The suit filed in U.S. District Court charges the galleries are violating trademark and copyright laws by selling [unauthorized] reproduced images and featuring Gorman's signature and silhouette, which are trademarked."
